‘Tis the season of office parties and New Year’s toasts, all of which can feel complicated for those of us who are trying to watch how much we drink. Non-alcoholic cocktails, or “mocktails,” are a fun, festive and delicious treat for yourself and your guests during the holiday season.
Here are some festive, non-alcoholic ‘mocktail’ recipes to try:

Add ice and lime juice, then fill with club soda. Stir well and serve.

½ cup ginger ale
1 splash fresh lime juice
Candied ginger (optional)

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 to 4 drops liquid stevia or your favorite sweetener
3 drops bitters (optional)
1/2 cup club soda

Rosemary Citrus Spritzer
4 (4-inch) sprigs fresh rosemary
3/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup honey
Rosemary and lemon for garnish (optional)
Instructions (for 6-10 drinks):
Peel off thick strips of zest from 1 lemon.
Juice the lemons and oranges into a liquid measuring cup – you should have about 1 cup of juice.
Combine zest, juice, rosemary, sugar, and honey in a saucepan over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly to dissolve the sugars.
Remove from heat and let sit 10 minutes. Strain, discard solids, and let syrup cool completely.

Garnish with rosemary sprigs and/or lemon slices, if desired.
