The treatment Annum provides is personalized to each participant, who will have a support team composed of a physician, a therapist (licensed clinical social worker) and a behavioral health coach — all of whom share a passion for helping people improve their own lives. The physician plays an invaluable role in a participant’s care by determining the individual’s fitness for the medical component of Annum’s comprehensive, evidence-based treatment model. Using Annum’s HIPAA-compliant technology platform, the physician evaluates individuals, determines the required level of care as they work to reach their therapeutic goals, prescribes medication as required and advises on clinically-appropriate follow-up care and referrals. Entrepreneurial at heart, the physician is excited about using innovative, tech-enabled approaches to deliver the highest quality of care to many people in need. This flexible, convenient approach allows the physician to reach and provide care to a broader population.
